衬垫是用于堆浸坝、浸液池和尾矿坝底部的重要材料。在金属价格高企和环保法规日趋严格的当今时代,矿山运营者必须提高用于堆浸坝和池底座的衬垫技术含量和质量,降低坝、池底部的溶液漏泄量,并延长衬垫的使用寿命。本文从衬垫性能的改进、土工织构复合膜的研制及应用和防漏泄衬垫产品的比较等三个方面,评述衬垫防渗漏工艺的改进问题。
Gaskets are important materials for heap leach, drench sump and tailings dam. In today’s era of high metal prices and increasingly stringent environmental regulations, mine operators must increase the technical content and quality of gaskets used in heap leach and tank mounts, reduce solution leakage at the bottom of dams and tanks, and extend the use of gaskets life. This article reviews the improvement of gasket leakage prevention technology from three aspects: the improvement of gasket performance, the development and application of geotextile composite membrane and the comparison of leak-proof gasket products.
