近年来,随着冬暖大棚的迅速发展,黄瓜棚栽面积也相应扩大。适合大棚种植的长春密刺和新泰密刺虽具有较耐低温、弱光及瓜条好等特点,但由于此类品种对白粉病有高感性,加之长期单一高剂量施用杀菌农药,致使病菌逐步产生了抗药性。为尽快筛选和研制出更加经济有效的防治黄瓜白粉病的新型杀菌剂,作者以室内抑菌试验为基础,采用室内苗期人工接种白粉病菌的方法,对优选的杀菌新药进行了防效测定,旨在为成株期防治黄瓜白粉病高效无公害新药进行田间试验提供依据。
