脑血管外皮肉瘤少见,我们遇到一例,报告如下: 患者,男,66岁,反复头痛、头晕、站立不稳20多天,头痛以右颞部及枕后部为主,并觉双下肢无力。1986年曾有头皮外伤史。体检:双侧视乳头轻度苍白、水肿,伸舌偏右,舌肌纤颤,右侧鼻唇沟、额纹变浅,左侧感觉稍差,肌张力降低,植物神经系统正常,脑膜刺激征阴性,未引出病理反射。 CT扫描:平扫右颞、顶叶见一类圆形边缘密度高、中央不规则低密度混杂病灶,CT值35～58Hu,大小约4.3cm×5.5cm,边界欠清,灶周见广泛指压状水肿带,
