吴谷平(《文汇报》党委书记) 对于《文汇报》这样一份老报纸来说,通讯员的功劳的确不小。尊重通讯员也是我们报纸的优良传统。现在我们已经拥有了一批水平较高的通讯员,一类是给我们写一些有份量的稿件,另一类是为我们提供有价值的新闻线索。目前通讯员存在的问题主要是变化比较大,出现了一批以写稿为生的通讯员,这个群体情况复杂,不少假新闻就是他们制造出来的。我认为今后的通讯员可能会朝两个方面发展,一部分成为信息员,另一部分成为特约撰稿人。国外媒体就基本上是这个情况。在办报方向上,专业人员办报是肯定的,但是也有必要保持一块群众办报的领地。匡代科(《湖南日报》社长) 通讯员是我们办报队伍中不可或缺的重要组成部分,搞好通讯员队伍建设是贯彻“群众办报”的重要措施。他
