目的观察血液灌流治疗毒鼠强中毒的效果。方法急性毒鼠强中毒患者20例,在常规治疗基础上给予床边血液灌流治疗,观察乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、谷丙转氨酶恢复正常时间,抽搐停止时间,住院时间和病死率。结果 20例患者中2例死亡,病死率为10.0%;余18例痊愈出院,乳酸脱氢酶恢复正常时间为(7.68±1.35)d、肌酸激酶同工酶恢复正常时间为(8.10±3.88)d,总胆红素恢复正常时间为(9.79±1.80)d,直接胆红素恢复正常时间为(8.67±2.96)d,谷丙转氨酶恢复正常时间为(10.29±3.12)d,抽搐停止时间为(4.5±0.6)d,住院时间为(10.62±3.65)d。结论血液灌流治疗急性毒鼠强中毒效果满意。
Objective To observe the effect of hemoperfusion on tetramine poisoning. Methods Twenty patients with acute tetramine poisoning were treated with bedside hemoperfusion, and lactate dehydrogenase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase were normalized Time, twitch stop time, length of stay, and case fatality rate. Results Of the 20 patients, 2 died and the case fatality rate was 10.0%. The remaining 18 patients were discharged and the normal time of lactate dehydrogenase recovery was (7.68 ± 1.35) days. The duration of creatine kinase isoenzymes recovery was (8.10 ± 3.88 ) d, total bilirubin recovery time was (9.79 ± 1.80) d, direct bilirubin recovery time was (8.67 ± 2.96) d, alanine aminotransferase recovery time was (10.29 ± 3.12) d, twitch stop time (4.5 ± 0.6) d, hospital stay was (10.62 ± 3.65) d. Conclusion Hemoperfusion is effective in treating acute tetramine poisoning.
