众多专家学者对于有效教学阐述不尽相同,但就其实质是一样的,都是关注课堂效益,追求教学的科学化和高效化,即经过教师的教学,使学生获得具体的进步和发展。有效教学理念源于19世纪20年代的西方国家,近年来,有效教学逐渐成为我国基础教育研究领域的热点。有效教学就是关注学生的个体差异,激活课堂,有效课堂教学要求教师要认真备课,实现有效课堂教学策划,然后对教学策划进行有效实施。有效教学实施主要通过三个环节:恰当的师生互动、激活课堂;有效的教师教学行为;合适的教学管理行为去实现。
Many experts and scholars elaborate on effective teaching, but their essence is the same. They are all concerned about the efficiency of classrooms and the pursuit of scientific and efficient teaching. That is, through the teaching of teachers, students can obtain concrete progress and development. Effective teaching ideas originated in the western countries in the 1920s. In recent years, effective teaching has gradually become a hot topic in the field of basic education in our country. Effective teaching is concerned about individual differences in students, activate the classroom, effective classroom teaching requires teachers to prepare lessons earnestly, to achieve effective classroom teaching planning, and then the effective implementation of teaching planning. Effective implementation of teaching mainly through three aspects: the appropriate teacher-student interaction, activate the classroom; effective teaching behavior of teachers; appropriate teaching management practices to achieve.
