高师地理教育专业担负着中学地理教师培训的任务。但在当前培训中,不同程度地存在着对培训重视不够、对中学地理教学改革现状缺乏了解、对培训目的认识模糊、对教师的主体地位认识不够和对培训的后期管理不到位等问题。提高中学地理教师培训的实效性,可采取以下策略:增强对培训工作重要性及长期性的认识;系统设置培训课程,限定选择与自主选择相结合;采用多元化培训模式,重视教师的主体参与;构建和提供免费的地理课程资源库,建立信息网络系统;重视对培训效果的监控,建立有效的教师培训评介和反馈系统。
The geography education major in normal colleges shoulders the task of geography teacher training in middle schools. However, in the current training, to varying degrees, there is not enough emphasis on training, the lack of understanding of the status quo of geography teaching reform in middle schools, vague understanding of the purpose of training, lack of understanding of the main body of teachers and the lack of proper management of training. To improve the effectiveness of geography teacher training in middle schools, we can adopt the following strategies: to enhance the awareness of the importance and long-term nature of training; to systematically set up training courses to limit the choice of choices and to combine them with their own choices; to adopt a diversified training model and attach importance to the participation of teachers ; Build and provide free geography curriculum resource base, establish information network system; pay attention to the monitoring of training effect, establish effective teacher training evaluation and feedback system.
