长期以来,靠一张试卷、一场考试的分数作为评价学生学业成绩的唯一标准的做法,导致学校考试考什么,教师教什么的“应试”教育。学生的思维发展、情感态度、身心健康未能引起教师、家长、社会的重视。导致这种现象产生的根源是现行教育评价体系存在的诸多弊端。主要表现在:一是评价内容单一,评价主要是书面考试,书面考试的内容又主要是知识技能的考查,缺乏对学生情感的关注和对学生数学知识形成过程的关注。二是评价方式单一,常常是教师对学生的评价,忽略了学生的自评、互评及家长对学生学习
