今年上半年，山东省城镇居民消费支出与上年同期相比增长3.8%，比上年同期11.2%的增幅回落6.6个百分点，是近年来增幅最低的；城镇居民人均可支配收入3845.70元，比上年同期增长16%。表明城镇居民消费支出的增长速度同期明显减缓，居民消费倾向降低，消费处于明显的低迷状态。
