随着社会经济的发展,医药卫生体制也在不断改革,医院财务在医院管理过程中有着重要的地位。医院财务主要是处理医院财务相关的问题,对医院财务有巨大的作用。医院财务既是一项经济管理工作,也是一项综合性的工作,对医院财务方面的问题进行及时的合理的协调和管理。本文主要介绍了医疗改革的具体目标,阐述了财务的重要性,结合本次研究,最终提出了医疗改革管理中加强医院财务管理的对策。
With the development of society and economy, the system of medical and health care is constantly being reformed, and the hospital finance plays an important role in the process of hospital management. Hospital finance is mainly to deal with hospital-related financial issues, the hospital has a tremendous financial impact. Hospital finance is not only an economic management work, but also a comprehensive work, and carries out timely and reasonable coordination and management of the hospital’s financial problems. This article mainly introduces the specific goals of medical reform, elaborated the importance of finance, combined with this study, finally proposed the medical reform management to strengthen hospital financial management measures.
