[目的]了解重庆市基层乡镇卫生院医疗设备拥有情况,探讨其人口公平性与地域公平性,分析其存在问题,提出相关解决办法。[方法]应用定量问卷和重点访谈相结合的方法,在重庆全市范围内,对基层乡镇卫生院医疗设备进行普查,系统收集资料,并利用基尼系数和洛伦兹曲线进行分析。[结论]通过对重庆市基层设备资源的分析,发现农村地区存在相对公平和绝对低水平的现状,虽然近几年农村医疗条件有很大改善,但政府应继续加大投入力度。
[Objective] To understand the ownership of medical equipment in grass-roots township hospitals in Chongqing, explore its population fairness and geographical fairness, analyze its existing problems, and propose relevant solutions. [Methods] Using a combination of quantitative questionnaires and key interviews, a survey was conducted on medical equipment at grass-roots township hospitals in the city of Chongqing. Data were systematically collected and analyzed using the Gini coefficient and the Lorenz curve. [Conclusion] Through the analysis of the basic equipment resources in Chongqing, we found that the rural areas exist relatively fair and absolutely low levels. Although the medical conditions in rural areas have been greatly improved in recent years, the government should continue to increase investment.
