本人从教以来一直担任小学数学教学工作。作为数学教师,提高课堂有效教学策略是我的理想与追求。虽然低年级学生与高年级学生在年龄、心理特点、生活经验、学习能力等方面有一定的差异,但是我认为数学教学理念是相通的。《义务教育数学课程标准》指出:学生是数学学习的主人,教师是数学学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。数学教学活动必须建立在学生的认知发展水平和已有的知识经验基础之上。教师应激发学生的学习积极性,向学生提供充分从事数学活动的机会,
I have been teaching primary school mathematics since teaching. As a math teacher, to improve the effective teaching strategies in the classroom is my ideal and pursuit.
