1980年以来,Becksteaol及Bainton应用塑料包埋薄切片技术于骨髓活检标本,免去脱钙手续,使切片皱折少,细胞形态良好,且能作酶的组织化学染色等研究,致使骨髓针刺活检技术获得了进一步的发展。我科自1989年1月至1990年12月采用骨髓针刺活检塑料包埋切片技术应用于血液病的诊断,已达110例,配合骨髓抽吸涂片联合诊断血液病,收到良好结果.综合文献及我科经验,现总结介绍如下。
