采用滑模摊铺机对水泥混凝土路面面层进行摊铺,可以满足高速公路大规模机械化施工作业的要求。但由于目前工程实例较少,且施工中仍存在过程控制等许多实际问题,因而并没有被许多工程大规模采用。广东梅河高速公路的水泥混凝土路面施工,拥有完善的施工管理手段和成熟的施工工艺,取得了良好的效果。利用好滑模摊铺机,不仅可以提高工作效率,而且也有益于工程质量的提高。
The use of slip-form paver to pave the surface of cement concrete pavement can meet the requirements of large-scale mechanized construction operation of expressway.
