认识职业生涯

从学校走向社会,你将会面对一个全新的世界,在这个社会里,使你能够立足的是你的职业,它不仅是你生活的基础,更重要的是它所体现出的是你存在的价值。因此进行职业规划,对一个人的一生来说,就显得格外重要。一般来说,每个人的职业生涯大致可分为五个阶段,并具有如下特点:成长阶段:在学校的学习阶段,这个阶段里一个人对职业还处于一种模糊意识状态,对于职业认识幻想大于现实,是一个知识储备阶段。但是成长阶段对于以后的职业发展却是一个基础,没有良好的专业知识和个人素质,职业发展就会面临众多困难。探索阶段:毕业后1-3年。这个阶段是刚从学校走出来对职业逐步熟悉的一个阶段。职业的新奇让新员工处于一种兴奋状态。这个阶段是对职业习惯、职业规划、职业素质的探索与培养阶段,更多的是向同事进行学习,从而逐步形成自己的职业风格。创新阶段:毕业后3—7年。这个阶段大部分毕业生已成为一个标准的职业人了。许多人开始面临职位的晋升。同时在对职业熟悉的基础上,不再满足于过去同事留下的一套职业规则,逐步开创一个全新的属于自己的新秩序。 From school to society, you will face a whole new world in which you are able to base your career, not only on the basis of your life but, more importantly, on what you represent the value of. Therefore, career planning, for a person’s life, it is particularly important. Generally speaking, each person’s career can be roughly divided into five stages, and has the following characteristics: Growth stage: In the learning stage of the school, in this stage, a person is still in a vague state of occupation, More than reality, is a knowledge reserve phase. However, the growth stage is a foundation for future career development. Without good professional knowledge and personal qualifications, career development will face many difficulties. Exploration stage: 1-3 years after graduation. This stage is a stage just emerging from the school gradually familiar with the occupation. Career novelty for new employees in a state of excitement. This stage is the career habit, career planning, professional quality of exploration and training phase, more is to learn from colleagues, so as to gradually form their own professional style. Innovation stage: 3-7 years after graduation. Most graduates at this stage have become standard professionals. Many people start to face job promotion. At the same time, on the basis of familiarity with his job, he is no longer satisfied with the set of professional rules left by his colleagues in the past and has gradually created a brand-new new order of his own.
