新课程改革以来,素质教育已成为基础教育改革的主旋律,在新的历史条件下,如何把学生培养成为德才兼备的跨世纪新人,以适应日趋激烈的竞争社会已成为我们每一位教育工作者研究的新课题。竞争是人际关系最基本的表现形式之一,当今社会处处充满竞争,竞争也就更加频繁和激烈。作为班主任,面对新时期不容回避的任务和目前部分学生懒散、进取心差等情况,就如何提高学生的学习兴趣、培养能力、激发竞争意识和竞争行为,笔者在班集体的建设和班主任工作中作了一些探索。学校是培养人才的摇篮,因此培养学生竞争能力成为当务之急。笔者在班级工作中主要从以下方面着手:
