粉煤灰陶粒是利用粉煤灰为主要原料,掺入少量的粘土(塑化剂)与无烟煤(燃料),经配料混合、成球、高温焙烧而成的轻质多孔集料。为了使墙体材料向轻质高强方向发展,各地正在试制并推广使用多孔硅酸盐混凝土(加气和泡沫)与轻集料硅酸盐混凝土。利用陶粒代替普通天然集料配制的陶粒混凝土就是轻集料混凝土中较好的一种产品。它具有轻质高强、保温、隔音等良好性能,可以广泛使用于工业、民用建筑物,以及桥梁、造船等工业部门。
Fly ash ceramsite is a lightweight porous aggregate obtained by using fly ash as the main raw material, incorporating a small amount of clay (plasticizer) and anthracite (fuel), mixing with ingredients, forming a ball, and roasting at high temperature. In order to make the wall materials develop toward light weight and high strength, the use of porous silicate concrete (aerated and foamed) and lightweight aggregated silicate concrete is being trial-produced and promoted. The ceramsite concrete prepared by using ceramsite instead of ordinary natural aggregates is a better product in light-weight aggregate concrete. It has good properties such as lightweight high strength, heat preservation, sound insulation, etc. It can be widely used in industrial, civil buildings, and bridges, shipbuilding and other industrial sectors.
