研究了部分凝固Al-10%Cu合金的流度行为,发现等温冷却时部分凝固Al-10%Cu合金为假塑性流体;连续冷却时其表观粘度随冷却速度的提高而增加,但高速搅拌时,冷却速度的作用减小;用直径较大的转子测得的表观粘度较低。
The flow behavior of partially solidified Al-10% Cu alloy was investigated. It was found that the partially solidified Al-10% Cu alloy was pseudoplastic fluid during isothermal cooling. The apparent viscosity increased with the cooling rate during continuous cooling. However, , The effect of cooling rate is reduced; the apparent viscosity measured with larger diameter rotor is lower.
