目的了解社会对医院使用电子病案的认知与心态。方法对医院和社区工作人员进行问卷调查。结果多数接受调查者赞同医院使用电子病案,认为使用电子病案可提高医院效率,提高医疗质量和病案管理水平,但有不少的人对电子病案的原始性、真实性和医疗收费等提出质疑。结论国家应当加强对电子病案的原始性、真实性和法律效力等方面的研究,制订发展电子病案事业的规划纲要,明确电子病案制作单位的认证制度,电子病案使用单位的许可制度,建立健全对电子病案原始性、真实性的鉴定机构。这样才能消除社会对使用电子病案顾虑思想,使电子病案能够如愿以偿地在高科技领域中独占鳌头。
Objective To understand the society’s cognition and attitude towards the use of electronic medical records in hospitals. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted between hospital and community staff. Results Most of the respondents agreed that hospitals should use electronic medical records. They think that the use of electronic medical records can improve hospital efficiency and improve medical quality and medical record management. However, many people have questioned the originality, authenticity and medical charges of electronic medical records. Conclusion The state should strengthen the study of the original, authenticity and legal effects of electronic medical records, draw up a plan for the development of electronic medical records, clarify the certification system of electronic medical records production units and the licensing system of electronic medical record use units, and establish and perfect a Electronic medical record original, authentic identification agencies. Only in this way can we eliminate the society’s concern about the use of electronic medical records and make electronic medical records the best of the best in high-tech fields.
