目的探讨9年来南宁地区质粒介导的耐药淋球菌的流行趋势。方法收集临床淋球菌771株,用琼脂稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC),测定质粒介导的耐四环素淋球菌(TRNG),以及用纸片酸度法测定质粒介导的产青霉素酶淋球菌(PPNG)。结果771株淋球菌中检出PPNG83株(10.77%),检出TRNG435株(56.42%)。结论本地区呈现PPNG流行率较低而TRNG流行率较高的特点,持续监测质粒介导的耐药淋球菌的流行趋势是必要的。
Objective To investigate the epidemic trend of plasmid-mediated drug-resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Nanning in the past 9 years. Methods 771 Neisseria gonorrhoeae strains were collected, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) was determined by agar dilution method, the plasmid-mediated resistance to tetracycline gonorrhea (TRNG) was determined, and plasmid-mediated acid- (PPNG). Results Among 771 Neisseria gonorrhoeae, PPNG83 (10.77%) were detected and TRNG435 (56.42%) were detected. CONCLUSION: The prevalence of PPNG is low and the prevalence of TRNG is high in this region. It is necessary to continuously monitor the trend of plasmid-mediated resistance to Neisseria gonorrhoeae.
