在研究碳基复合材料的烧蚀机理基础上,利用有限元数值计算方法,对复合材料烧蚀机理中的表面烧蚀、材料分解、温度场、失重进行耦合分析。对C/C复合材料RVE结构进行耦合数值模拟,考察时间对失重率、碳层厚度、温度的影响。结果表明:烧蚀过程的各种因素之间相互的影响较复杂;随着烧蚀时间延长,材料的热分解减弱,热解向内渗透速度减慢;利用数值计算方法可真实反映复合材料烧蚀的特征。
Based on the study of the ablation mechanism of carbon-based composites, the surface ablation, material decomposition, temperature field and weight loss in the ablation mechanism of the composites were analyzed by finite element numerical method. Coupled numerical simulation of RVE structure of C / C composites was carried out to investigate the influence of time on weight loss rate, carbon layer thickness and temperature. The results show that the mutual influence of various factors in the ablation process is more complicated. As the ablation time prolongs, the thermal decomposition of the material weakens and the pyrolysis infiltration rate slows down. The numerical calculation method can truly reflect the effect of the composite material burning Erosion characteristics.
