近几年,伴随铁路的改革和发展,生产力布局不断调整、市场化步伐加快,一部分铁路职工的利益受到影响。同时自媒体时代的到来,各类信息传播十分迅速,对铁路干部职工的思想带来了深刻的影响。顺应发展,激发职工保安全的积极性,必须努力解决职工的思想问题,充分调动职工队伍的积极性和主动性,营造和谐稳定的发展环境。
