形意拳是明末清初发源于山西的一个优秀武术拳种,系山西蒲州姬隆丰创编,后流传到山东、河北两地。
Xingyi Quan is an excellent martial arts boxing that originated in Shanxi in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty. It was compiled by Ji Longfeng, a state of Puzhou, Shanxi, and then spread to Shandong and Hebei.
