目的探析放疗联合顺铂加氟尿嘧啶同步化疗对局部晚期食管癌的治疗效果及毒副作用情况。方法将本院肿瘤科收治的68例局部晚期食管癌患者随机均分为对照组和联合组,对照组患者给予单纯放射治疗,联合组采用放疗联合顺铂加氟尿嘧啶同步化疗,观察两组患者治疗效果和毒副作用情况。结果联合组患者治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组患者治疗总有效率(P<0.05),但联合组患者用药后出现毒副反应较治疗组高(P<0.05)。结论针对局部晚期食管癌患者采用放疗联合顺铂加氟尿嘧啶同步化疗的治疗方式治疗效果显著,但是在治疗后患者较易出现化疗用药毒副作用,在给予适当治疗毒副作用可缓解。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and side effects of concurrent radiotherapy and cisplatin plus fluorouracil chemotherapy on locally advanced esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 68 patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our department of oncology were randomly divided into control group and combination group. Patients in control group were treated with radiotherapy alone. Radiotherapy combined with cisplatin plus fluorouracil was given in combination group. Effects and side effects. Results The total effective rate was 94.12% in the combined group, which was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). However, the side effects in the combination group were higher than those in the treatment group (P <0.05). Conclusion The treatment of locally advanced esophageal cancer patients treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy combined with cisplatin and fluorouracil is significant. However, the side effects of chemotherapeutic drugs are more likely to occur in patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer, and the toxic and side effects may be relieved when appropriate treatment is given.
