近年来,国内外高炉生产实践和解体研究证明,高炉内存在着碱金属并且危害很大。使炉料粉化,影响料柱透气性,炉况不顺,风、渣口烧坏,甚至结瘤和破坏炉衬等。由此引起高炉工作者的重视,并限定碱金属负荷(公斤/吨铁)。国外一些厂碱金属负荷限定值列入表1。日本解体高炉内碱金属分布情况一例见图1。我国许多厂高炉内碱金属负荷很高,高炉长期不能正常生产。今后必须加强这方面的研究工作,为高炉进一步强化冶炼做出贡献。
In recent years, domestic and foreign blast furnace production practice and disintegration studies have shown that the presence of alkali metal blast furnace and a great harm. The furnace powder, affecting the column gas permeability, furnace conditions are not smooth, wind, slag mouth burn, and even nodules and destruction of lining and so on. This has caused the blast furnace operator’s attention and limited alkali metal load (kg / ton of iron). Some foreign plants alkali metal load limit values listed in Table 1. An example of the distribution of alkali metals in the blast furnace in Japan is shown in Figure 1. Many of our factory blast furnace alkali metal load is high, the long-term blast furnace can not be normal production. In the future, we must strengthen research in this area and contribute to the further enhancement of smelting of the blast furnace.
