质量是自学考试的生命线。在新的时期,自学考试的发展应比过去任何时候都要更加重视质量,更加重视科学、准确制定和把握标准。一、自学考试是标准参照性考试当今社会,从考试功能和成绩解释的角度主要分为两类,一类是常模参照性考试,一类是标准参照性考试。常模参照性考试是通过比较考生在群体中的位置来解释考试成绩。大多数“入门”考试像高考、研考都是常模参照性的选拔考试,目的是为了从一批报考者中选拔出部分优秀者。
