《大连成人教育》83年第7期登有陈太运同志的文章,谈自学问题,认为自学是造就人才的必由之路。他列举了古今中外名人王羲之、高尔基、富兰克林、华罗庚、蔡祖泉等自学成才的事实,认为自学成才不仅能够补充我国高等院校毕业生不足,还可以改变社会风气.自学也是一种经济的办学形式。据统计,自学达到初中补课标准的费用仅是脱产培训的三十分之一。自学也不影响当前定编、定岗、定额的改革.但是自学要有一定的指导和管理.
