在对柳州市社区图书馆进行全面调查分析之后,提出社区图书馆因无法可依而导致面临一系列的发展危机。为保障社区图书馆的可持续发展,制定社区图书馆的评估标准已势在必行,必须把社区图书馆纳入公共图书馆评估体系当中,定期对社区图书馆进行全面评估。首先要成立社区图书馆管理和监督机构并赋予其一定权力,其次要出台一系列的管理办法、规章制度及建设标准,最后应构建一套科学的评估体系,从而通过评估,把社区图书馆的建设推上新阶段。
