液体在偶合器流道中的流动情况非常复杂,各种阻力损失系数难于精确确定,因而到目前为止还缺少比较精确和通用的负荷特性计算方法.本文所提供的流道内阻力损失计算公式和系数计及了流道各参数变化的影响,并用十余种模型试验结果进行统一修正,应用流速线性分布的流动模型算出偶合器流道的负荷特性.对六种流道的同一公式计算和试验结果的对照表明,吻合情况令人满意.因而,为流道变参数偶合器的性能预测提供了一种有用的计算方法.
The flow of liquid in the coupler flow channel is very complicated, and the various resistance loss coefficients are difficult to be accurately determined, so there is still a lack of more accurate and universal load characteristics calculation methods.This paper provides the calculation formula and coefficient meter And the influence of the change of each parameter of the runner is analyzed and the unmodified results are obtained with more than ten kinds of model test results.The load characteristic of the coupler flow path is calculated by using the flow model with linear distribution.The calculation and test results of the same formula for the six runners The comparison shows that the anastomosis is satisfactory, and therefore provides a useful method for predicting the performance of variable-flow path coupler.
