刘宗周的“诚意”理论修正了王阳明学说的缺陷 ,其目的就是以道德自律来抗击当时学术界颓废、享乐思潮的泛滥 ,从而达到凝聚人心、道德救国的目的。
Liu Zongzhou’s “sincerity” theory amends the flaws of Wang Yangming’s theory. Its purpose is to combat the proliferation of decadence and hedonism in academia by virtue of moral self-discipline, so as to achieve the goal of cohesion and moral salvation.
