本文采用逐层喷砂打孔法对几种材质的大型轧辊模拟件进行了淬火和回火后残余应力的测定和分析,得出了不同直径淬火件的残余应力分布情况和600℃回火温度下的残余应力消除情况。为制定合理的热处理方案和数值模拟计算、防止大型冷轧辊困残余应力而导致变形、开裂提供了可靠的数据。
