台湾省农试所付研究员刘新裕等于1983年6月发表该论文,其研究结论摘要如下: 1.影响淀粉作物酒精生成的要素,不仅在其淀粉含量,其他关系较密切的性状还有每公顷产量、含水率、生育日数及其淀粉的纯化程度。 2.最简便的酒精生成法是在操作开始时,混合定量的淀粉原料、淀粉酵素、酵母菌及蒸馏水,使能同时进行醣化及发酵两作用,此法同时可节约能源及人力。
