目的分析多层螺旋CT(MSCT)齿科全景成像技术在临床中的应用效果,以期提高口腔、颌面疾病的诊断水平。方法 177例行64层螺旋CT扫描的患者作为本组研究的观察对象,所有患者均行薄层重建,数据经处理工作站进行最大密度投影(MIP)、多平而重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)、表面遮盖重建(SSD)及容积再现(VR)后处理成像,并对检查结果进行分析。结果本组177例患者中,共检测出颌骨骨折95例,埋伏阻生牙59例,颌骨囊肿15例,下颌良性肿瘤5例,颌骨恶性肿瘤2例,牙龈癌1例。结论 MSCT齿科全景成像技术能够准确、清晰地将上、下颌骨与牙齿的解剖结构及比邻关系反映出来,有助于提高牙根、牙髓腔、牙颌肿瘤等疾病的诊断水平。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) dental panoramic imaging in order to improve the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial diseases. Methods A total of 177 patients undergoing 64-slice spiral CT scan were selected as the object of this study. All patients underwent thin-layer reconstruction. The data were processed by MIP, MPR, CPR), surface covered reconstruction (SSD) and volume rendering (VR) post-processing imaging, and the test results were analyzed. Results A total of 95 cases of jaw fracture, 59 cases of ambush impacted teeth, 15 cases of jaw cyst, 5 cases of mandibular benign tumor, 2 cases of mandibular malignant tumor and 1 case of gingival cancer were detected in 177 cases of this group. Conclusion MSCT imaging of dental panoramic imaging can accurately and clearly reflect the anatomy of the upper and lower jaws and the teeth and the adjacent relationship, which can help to improve the diagnosis of diseases such as root, pulp cavity and dento-jaw tumors.
