我们昆钢地质一分队钻探施工的矿区,由于钻进岩层硬,加压大,管材磨损厉害,所以有时发生钻杆在丝扣处折断的事故.使用胶箍的钻杆,由于焊有挡环,一旦折断就很难再加工,因而报废.今年,我们看到《勘探技术》上谈到金刚石钻进中应用焊接钻杆的情况,这对一般断钻杆的焊接也有启发.为了给国家节省勘探资金,我分队机修车间开始试验,将断钻杆套上接手加以焊接(接手也是旧料,有两种焊法,均见附图),
