“范式”的概念和相关理论是由美国著名科学哲学家库恩提出的,他在1962年出版的著作《科学革命的结构》中,系统地阐述了这一理论。此后,作为科学哲学领域的一个重要理论,“范式理论”反复被人们讨论、研究和评论。换个角度来看,“范式理论”也符合一个范式所应具备的条件和特征,即库恩的“范式理论”在一定时期也充当着一个范式的角色。因此,我们在学习库恩哲学的核心——“范式理论”时,不仅要了解它的内容,更要从整个科学哲学领域的宏观角度,从它产生、发展和之后被后人改进和完善的过程中,看到它作为一个理论范式所起到的作用和所经历的演变。
The concept of “paradigm” and related theories were put forward by Kuhn, a famous American philosopher of science. He systematically elaborated this theory in his 1962 book Structure of the Scientific Revolution. Since then, as an important theory in the field of philosophy of science, “paradigm ” has been repeatedly discussed, researched and commented on.
