The Albanian People’s Assembly held a regular meeting in Tirana to discuss the economic development in Albania in 1989 and adopted the 1990 plan. The report highlights that the achievements made last year were the highest in nearly 10 years. In 1989, the total social product produced in the country increased by more than 6% over 1988. National income increased by 10%.
