计算机是具有国际通用性的专业和学科,应尽快与国际接轨,在计算机课程中开展双语教学是目前计算机专业人才培养的趋势和必要手段。双语教学的提出与实施就是真正改变传统教育体系、确立新科学教育目标的重要举措。
Computer is an international specialty and discipline, and should be in line with international standards as soon as possible. Bilingual teaching in computer courses is the trend and necessary means of cultivating computer professionals. Proposing and implementing bilingual education is an important measure to truly change the traditional education system and set a new goal of science education.
