为观察青霉素V钾片治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎疗效,我们对急性扁桃体炎患儿应用青霉素V钾片口服治疗,并与应用青霉素G肌注对照进行疗效观察。1 临床资料1.1 病例选择 100例患儿均符合急性扁桃体炎诊断标准。随机分为两组各50例,其中青霉素V钾片口服治疗组男26例,女24例;青霉素G肌往对照组男25例,女25例。两组病例的年龄、性别、体重、病程、临床表现基本相同。
In order to observe the curative effect of penicillin V potassium tablets in children with acute tonsillitis, we used penicillin V potassium tablets orally in children with acute tonsillitis and observed the efficacy with penicillin G intramuscular injection. 1 Clinical data 1.1 Case Selection 100 cases of children are in line with the diagnostic criteria of acute tonsillitis. Randomly divided into two groups of 50 cases, of which penicillin V potassium tablets oral treatment group 26 males and 24 females; penicillin G muscle control group 25 males and 25 females. The two groups of patients age, gender, weight, duration, clinical manifestations are basically the same.
