介绍了加氢裂化尾油的裂解性能.并针对鲁姆斯SRT-IV(HC)型工业裂解炉,对加氢裂化尾油裂解过程而建立基于Hirato模型的分子动力学模型,模型的一次反应选择性系数的调整采用随机搜索算法,既可以满足碳氢平衡和又可以保证较高的模拟精度。采用特雷纳数值积分算法对所建立的模型作了模拟计算,通过改变操作条件,包括炉管出口温度、停留时间和汽/油比,研究了裂解炉出口产物收率分布的变化情况,对照实际生产数据作分析。证实模型合理,对生产具有参考价值。
The cracking performance of hydrocracking tail oil is introduced. A molecular dynamics model based on Hirato model for hydrocracking tail oil cracking was established for the SRT-IV (HC) industrial cracking furnace. The selectivity of the reaction model was adjusted by random search. To meet the hydrocarbon balance and can guarantee a high simulation accuracy. The model was established by using the Trenach numerical integration algorithm. The change of yield distribution in the furnace was studied by changing operating conditions, including outlet temperature, residence time and steam / oil ratio. Actual production data for analysis. Prove the model is reasonable, the production of reference value.
