九月份最值得关注的是两件事,其一是党的十五届四中全会的在京召开,会议的主题是就深化国企改革的重要步署作出决议,国企改革的一场更深入的攻坚战即将拉开;其二是本月下旬在沪举行的由美国时代华纳集团旗下《财富》杂志发起的“财富全球论坛”年会的举行。全球500强企业的不少精英将就中国经济与中国市场的发展发表看法。两个会议的主题都是企业。
The most noteworthy of September is two things. One is that the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee was held in Beijing. The main theme of the meeting was to make resolutions on the important steps to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises, and a deeper battle against SOE reforms. It is about to open; the second is the “Fortune Global Forum” annual meeting that was held in Shanghai by the Time Warner Group’s “Fortune” magazine held in Shanghai later this month. Many elites in the world’s top 500 companies will express their views on the development of the Chinese economy and the Chinese market. The two conference themes are companies.
