2014年4月10日中国证监会和香港证监会发布联合公告,将推出“沪港通”试点。2014年6月13日中国证监会发布《沪港股票市场交易互联互通机制试点若干规定》。2014年9月26日上交所发布《沪港通试点办法》、《港股通投资者适当性知音》等规则。2014年11月10日中国证监会和香港证监会发布联合公告,沪港通11月17日正式开通。
On April 10, 2014, China Securities Regulatory Commission and Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission issued a joint announcement that they will launch the “Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect” pilot project. On June 13, 2014, China Securities Regulatory Commission promulgated “Several Provisions on the Pilot Program of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Market Exchange Interoperability Mechanism”. On September 26, 2014, the Shanghai Stock Exchange released the “Measures for the Pilot Scheme of Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect” and “The Right Exchange of Investors in Hong Kong Stock Connect” and other rules. November 10, 2014 China Securities Regulatory Commission and Hong Kong Securities Regulatory Commission issued a joint announcement, Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect officially opened on November 17.
