在热传递模型基础上推导了二参数(时间因子与比例因子)控温理论公式,对于实时控制过程,因时间因子有较强的鲁棒性可固定不变,而对比例因子采用智能算法在线自适应调整,本算法具有简单快速的特点,对大惯性系统能获得较快而无超调的动态特性、其控温效果明显优于常规的PID调节器。
Based on the heat transfer model, the two temperature parameters (time factor and scale factor) are derived. The real-time control process has strong robustness due to the time factor, while the proportion factor is determined by the intelligent algorithm Adaptive adjustment, the algorithm has the characteristics of simple and fast, for large inertia system can get faster without overshoot dynamic characteristics, the temperature control effect is significantly better than the conventional PID regulator.
