目的:探讨胶艾颗粒剂的免疫作用。方法:取小鼠80只随机分为正常对照组、胶艾颗粒剂高、中、低剂量组,每组动物20只。正常对照组给予生理盐水,胶艾颗粒剂高剂量组给予20g/kg,中剂量组给予10g./kg,低剂量组给予5g/kg胶艾颗粒剂ig,连续15d。采用重量法称量小鼠脾脏和胸腺重量。Giemsa染色计数腹腔巨噬细胞(PMΦ)并计算吞噬百分率和吞噬指数。用比色法测定红细胞(RBC)裂解释放的空斑形成细胞(PFC)量。采用温育法计算绵羊RBC(SRBC)致敏小鼠抗体生成能力。观察Gi-emsa染色后淋巴细胞个数并计算母细胞转化率。结果:胶艾颗粒剂能增加小鼠脾脏和胸腺的重量;增强小鼠PMΦ的吞噬能力;提高小鼠溶血值,增加PFC数;促进SRBC致敏小鼠抗体生成;能提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化率。结论:胶艾颗粒剂的免疫增强作用可能是能使胸腺和脾脏重量增加、PMΦ的吞噬能力增强、淋巴细胞的转化率升高及抗体能力加强等作用有关。
Objective: To investigate the immune effect of Jia AI granules. Methods: Totally 80 mice were randomly divided into normal control group, high dose group, medium dose group and low dose group. 20 animals in each group. The normal control group was given normal saline. The high dose of Jiaoyi granule was given 20g / kg, the middle dose was given 10g./kg, the low dose was given 5g / kg of glue Ai granule ig for 15 days. Gravimetric method was used to weigh mouse spleen and thymus. Giemsa staining of peritoneal macrophages (PMΦ) and calculate phagocytic percentage and phagocytic index. The amount of plaque-forming cells (PFCs) released by erythrocyte (RBC) lysis was determined by colorimetry. The incubation method was used to calculate the antibody-producing ability of sheep RBC (SRBC) sensitized mice. The number of lymphocytes after Gi-emsa staining was observed and the cell transformation rate was calculated. Results: Jiaoyi granule can increase the weight of mouse spleen and thymus; enhance phagocytosis of mouse PMΦ; increase hemolytic value of mice and increase PFC number; promote SRBC-sensitized mouse antibody production; increase mouse lymphocyte transformation rate. CONCLUSION: The immune enhancement effect of Jiayi granule may be related to the increase of the weight of thymus and spleen, the phagocytosis of PMΦ, the increase of lymphocyte transformation rate and the enhancement of antibody capacity.
