山东省临朐县妇女领导能力发展项目,是联合国妇女发展基金在亚洲唯一的妇女参政援助项目,总投资21万美元,实施期限为两年,主要是通过开展与妇女能力相关的一系列培训活动,推动全县妇女参政议政能力和女企业家管理能力的提高,培养造就一批高素质的妇女干部。为把项目落到实处,联合国妇女发展基金、中国国际经济技术交流中心、妇联妇女研究所及省市妇联领导多次莅临临朐检查,联合国妇女发展基金派出的项目专家李雅瑞女士在临朐全程具体指导。该项目实施以来,
