目的探讨人性化护理在泌尿外科护理过程中的临床效果。方法 108例泌尿外科患者,随机分为人性化组和常规组,各54例。常规组行传统护理指导,人性化组在常规组基础上行人性化护理指导,比较两组护理满意度以及并发症发生情况。结果人性化组十分满意44例(81.48%),一般满意8例(14.81%),不满意2例(3.70%),护理满意度为96.30%;常规组十分满意15例(27.78%),一般满意23例(42.59%),不满意16例(29.63%),护理满意度为70.37%;人性化组护理满意度显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。人性化组并发症发生率为3.70%(2/54),显著低于常规组的16.67%(9/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对泌尿外科患者护理过程中行人性化护理指导不仅能够提高护理满意度,同时还能够减少并发症的发生,有利于护患关系的和谐、护理方案的实施。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing in urological nursing. Methods A total of 108 urological patients were randomly divided into the humane group and the conventional group, 54 cases each. In the conventional group, the traditional nursing guidance and the humanized group were given the guidance of humanized nursing based on the routine group, and the nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were 44 satisfied patients (81.48%), 8 satisfied patients (14.81%), 2 unsatisfied patients (3.70%), 96.30% satisfied patients and 15 satisfied patients (27.78% Satisfaction of 23 cases (42.59%), unsatisfied with 16 cases (29.63%), nursing satisfaction was 70.37%; nursing satisfaction of human group was significantly higher than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The complication rate of humanized group was 3.70% (2/54), which was significantly lower than that of routine group (16.67%, 9/54) (P <0.05). Conclusion The guidance of nursing care in urology patients can not only improve nursing satisfaction, but also reduce the incidence of complications, which is conducive to the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients and the implementation of nursing programs.
