选用10种新结构的呋喃甲醛缩氨基硫脲衍生物及其9种过渡金属配合物对8种细菌进行抑菌活性实验。结果表明,呋喃5位为硝基取代的化合物比相应的母体抑菌活性明显增强。配体与Cu(Ⅱ)的配合物抗菌谱较广。
Ten new structures of furfural thiosemicarbazone derivatives and nine transition metal complexes were used to test the antibacterial activity of eight kinds of bacteria. The results showed that the compounds substituted by nitro at the 5-position of furan showed significantly higher antibacterial activity than the corresponding parent. Ligand and Cu (Ⅱ) complexes antibacterial spectrum is broader.
