患者,男性,36岁。上腹部胀痛,进食后加重月余来院诊治。查体:患者呈慢性病容,在上腹部偏右侧可扪及直径约10cm的包块,边缘圆钝,界限不清,有压痛,活动差。肝上界位于右锁骨中线第五肋间。B超示:胰腺部位有13.7×10.4×10.4cm的包块,回声不均。手术所见及标本检查:肿瘤自胰腺体部凸向前方,与周围组织有粘连,重2kg。肿瘤分为两部分,右侧部呈球状,基底部约6cm与胰腺紧
Patient, male, 36 years old. Abdominal pain, increased after eating more than a month to hospital treatment. Examination: The patient was chronic disease, the right side of the upper abdomen palpable mass of about 10cm in diameter, blunt edge, unclear boundaries, tenderness, poor activity. Liver upper boundary is located in the fifth intercostal midline of the right clavicle. B ultrasound showed: pancreatic site has 13.7 × 10.4 × 10.4cm mass, uneven echo. Surgical findings and specimen examination: the tumor protruding from the body of the pancreas in front of the body, and the surrounding tissue adhesions, weight 2kg.
