重庆市自主研发的车用工业乙醇汽油试验项目日前通过国家产业化技术验收。据了解,目前国内有10个省使用乙醇汽油。重庆市研发的车用乙醇汽油,是通过添加具有自主知识产权的复合添加剂,将95%的工业乙醇调配成变性乙醇,按1∶9的比例与汽油调配,形成一种新的车用工业乙醇汽油。通过该制备方法,省去了工业乙醇脱水环节。而1t工业乙醇脱水,成本至少在500元左右。国家产业化技术验收表明,该复合添加剂技术填补了我国该领域的空白,总体水平达到国内领先。据介绍,目前国内有5家车用乙醇定点生产厂家,由于多用粮食生产,车用乙醇的生产成本依然很高。
