互动和体验是人们使用产品的必要阶段,在生活中越来越受到用户的重视,在设计领域对产品与人的互动也越来越重视。在近几年来出现了一些对于互动和体验的研究,有了一定的基础,但系统的把互动和体验作为一种设计方法的理论还不全面。本文试从互动和验的角度,结合设计心理学、认知心理学和用户的行为研究,阐述了在其引导下的设计趋势,并且通过一些典型的产品实例分析总结了其设计程序和方法。
Interaction and experience are the necessary stages for people to use the product. They are more and more valued by users in their daily life. They also pay more and more attention to the interaction between products and people in the design field. In recent years there has been some research on interaction and experience, with a certain basis, but the systematic theory of interaction and experience as a design method is not comprehensive. This paper tries to explain the design trend under the guidance of interaction and experience from the perspectives of design psychology, cognitive psychology and user behavior, and summarizes the design procedures and methods through some typical product examples.
