职工教育为成人教育的主要部分,是对政府机关、企事业单位全体劳动者(工人、行政干部、技术人员)实施完整而系统的政治、文化、科学技术知识及经营管理知识的教育和培训。在我国,职工教育作为一种正规化的教育,日益成为国家学制体系中的重要组成部分。它也有学校教育和非学校教育之分。煤矿企业职工的教育培训对煤矿企业增强凝聚力、提高员工素质、增加企业效益等都有很重要的作用,是企业走向成熟、成功的必要手段。本文通过对煤矿企业职工教育培训的必要性和问题的分析,提出了几点加强煤矿企业职工教育培训的对策。
Staff education is the major part of adult education and is a complete and systematic education and training on political, cultural, scientific and technical knowledge and management knowledge of all government agencies, enterprises and institutions (workers, administrators and technicians). In our country, staff education, as a kind of formal education, is increasingly becoming an important part of the system of state education. It also has a distinction between schooling and non-schooling. The education and training of employees in coal mining enterprises play an important role in enhancing the cohesion of coal mining enterprises, improving the quality of employees and increasing the efficiency of enterprises. It is an essential means for enterprises to become mature and successful. Based on the analysis of the necessity and problems of employee education and training in coal mine enterprises, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen staff education and training in coal mine enterprises.
